In this instance, unfortunately there was an initial breakdown in communication which resulted in the delay of the despatch of my order, a present which was required pre Christmas. I am absolutely delighted with my new spinning bike - a Spinning Ex Demo Pro from Anytime.  The bike is now (effortlessly) installed in my home gym and enables me to use the Spinning DVDs with my son for a superb, top gym-like class and get both of us ready for the new rugby season.

While restoring my house, I became aware of how difficult it is to find independent fitness equipment advice. I have trained in gyms for years, so had a clear idea of the kind of training I wanted to do, but not necessarily any idea of where to source the right equipment or indeed what the best fit for me equipment wise would be.

Upon meeting Josh from Anytime, it became clear that he was able to understand my diverse training requirements clearly - due to his extensive fitness background. But he was also quick to understand the pieces of equipment I had used previously and why I enjoyed each piece.

Upon establishing a wish list of equipment (including x-trainers, treadmill, d-bells, mats, cable columns, power bags, Bosu trainers, Audio Visual & other accessories), and a budget, Josh was able to provide me with a number of different floor layouts, which meant he was able to liaise with my interior designer quickly and effectively.

More importantly he was able to provide a quote that came within budget and met all of my exercise requirements. Due to the nature of my house, I required an installation that ensured the house was not in any way damaged. Josh managed the installation as if it were his own home. Every aspect of the service delivered met my high expectations. Should I ever require more equipment or advice, Josh at Anytime will be my first point of call.

My tenure as President of Bridge of Allan Sports Club finished in March of this year, after five years as President, and another 4 years on the committee. We had several projects that I supervised and promoted within those five years. Two of the most important were the improvisation of a sustainable coaching programme, now completed, and the complete replacement of the gymnasium, also completed.

The work practice was on two levels. The first was to research and recommend a product that would be best for our members and stand the test of time, which the previous product did not. The second was to prove the financial gain to the Club, from this replacement.

I can state categorically that the service that I received from Paul Bodger and Cybex was second to none. No false promises and the assistance in persuading me that the product was the one for us was so complete that I was confident that we would be best served with them. Research was comprehensive and I asked many questions and for many references which were forth coming and useful.

The second part of the practice was less easy; however again, a suitable appraisal of our membership and income revenue projections that Paul provided enabled me to persuade at committee level the Treasurer to go with the investment. This has proved to be a huge success within the Club and our subscription level has risen substantially since its inception.

Since the installation some three and a half years ago the service level has been excellent and the number of serious issue running at none. All minor issues and servicing have been excellent. I can highly recommend Paul Bodger, his expertise and his professionalism, and would be happy to speak in more detail if required.

"The Sales Manager, Paul Bodger, played a big part in clinching the deal.  He came up with the solution that we wanted and was keen to work with us afterwards.  So, whilst the equipment was key, added value solutions were also really important.  Paul didn't give me a typical sales patter.  I liked dealing with him.  The installation went smoothly and we were offered good after sales support and maintenance.  The maintenance on the equipment is minimal and if I have any issues I know that I can call Paul and he will sort it out, quickly and efficiently.  I don't end up wasting time by calling three or four people.  Price is important but you get what you pay for.  Personally I wouldn't buy a cheap treadmill if it gave me trouble all the time. "
