The Xdream is the world's first, truly interactive mountain bike
simulator, working upper and lower body simultaneously for a total
body workout. Burning 55% more calories than a standard indoor
bike, it offers a truly unique, exhilarating way to realise your health
and fitness goals.

Real feel gears, brakes, handlebars, pedal, cranks and seat
sensors enable each move the rider makes to be accurately
portrayed within the experience.

The bikes resistance accurately depicts the terrain gradients, track
surfaces and conditions. Choose from 5 different bikes with
different handling characteristics for each type of trail and create a
rider with your body, skin tone and fashion sense.

Each trail has been designed and professionally structured to
provide a total body interval based workout session. AI riders
provide intelligent pace setting for each member based on the
individual's unique level of fitness and performance.
