Suitability
- Please note that all products on
the main Anytime Leisure website are designed for Home use and
carry a Home use warranty only, unless stated otherwise. Equipment
purchased from our website and used in a non domestic environment
will render the warranty null and void unless the equipment
description states it is suitable for commercial use.
If you are planning to purchase equipment for Commercial use, or
have any questions regarding the warranty for commercial equipment,
please see our Commercial Site or contact our Commercial Department
on 08451 369 218 or email sales@anytimeleisure.co.uk who will be
able to advise you on the suitable equipment.

Shop are priced inclusive of VAT, all products listed in our
Commercial Section and Sportfood Section are priced excluding VAT,
delivery and installation.

is usually the Manufacturer's or Supplier's Recommended Retail
Price. The 'Normal Price' may be the RRP/MRP plus carriage, however
the price you pay will never exceed the supplier's RRP/MRP and will
nearly always be significantly less.

Promise
- Anytime Leisure promise to refund
any difference in price if you find the same product purchased from
Anytime Leisure in another store or website. To claim any refund
under the Anytime Leisure Price Promise, simply send proof of
purchase and a copy of the advertisement or details of where the
product is advertised cheaper to: Anytime Leisure, Newark House, St
Monans, fife, KY10 2DB and we will refund the difference.
Similarly, if you see a product cheaper in any store or website,
simply call 08451 369 218, and we will do our best to match the
price you have seen.
Please note the Anytime Leisure Price Promise does not apply to
products that are not available either direct from Anytime Leisure
or at the companies where these goods are advertised. Our price
promise is date specific and any product that has been advertised
at a cheaper price after the date of purchase are excluded from our
price promise. Any claim made under our price promise must be
accompanied by verifiable evidence that the product was advertised
a cheaper price at the same time as purchase from Anytime Leisure.
Our Price Promise does not apply to ex-display, mail order returns
or end of line items. Anytime Leisure reserves the right not to
match or refund on specific items if they are not in stock in our
warehouse or have been ordered specifically for direct despatch
from our supplier.

- Buying Items from our Mail
Order Returns / Ex-Display Section
- Items purchased from our mail
order returns/ex-display models section of our website may be
partially or fully boxed/assembled and may have some sort of
cosmetic damage. All goods will have been tested and will be in
full working order and covered by a 6 month warranty.

- Security
- We take your security very
seriously at Anytime Leisure. That's why any transactions you make
over our website are instantly encrypted and completely safe, and
all your credit card details are securely passed to our provider,
Paypal, for approval, so we not only do not see your credit card
details, they're also not stored in any of our databases.
How do you know that Anytime Leisure is a 'Secure Site'? Look at
the bottom right-hand side of your computer screen when you are
making a purchase, you'll see a small yellow padlock in a small
box, this tells you that this site is secure. When you see the
padlock symbol, double-click it to view the full validity of the
Secure Certificate.

- Conditions of
Free Delivery
- At present, free delivery is
offered to all Anytime Leisure customers on selected domestic
equipment transactions. Customers will be informed of any delivery
charge before ordering. All items, where applicable, will be
delivered in boxes for home assembly by the customer. Goods will
normally be delivered within 5-10 working days. Our free delivery
service will deliver your goods Mon-Friday between 8am and 6pm. Our
carriers can not give specific delivery time. For a small
surcharge, deliveries can be chosen for an AM or PM delivery or a
Saturday morning. Please contact us for further details. As a
general rule, all orders for home equipment over £200 in value will
be delivered free in UK mainland, to check simply proceed to
shopping basket and check your available delivery options.
For heavier items such as treadmills, elliptical trainers and
multi-gyms, we strongly recommend you purchase our premium two man
delivery service at a small surcharge.
Our one man free delivery service delivers your purchase to ground
level. Depending on the delivery company and their individual
health and safety policy, this may mean your goods are delivered to
kerb side. Our free delivery does not include the driver taking
your purchase upstairs internally or externally. Drivers are not
insured to enter your property. Our one man free delivery service
may require assistance from you to assist or move the goods from
the drop off point into your home.
Please do not ask the delivery driver to lift heavy items without
sufficient manpower, as this will often be in breach of Health
& Safety legislation.
Free delivery, where provided, applies to the UK mainland only.
Free delivery is provided only to customers purchasing equipment
for home use; not for commercial installations.
Anytime Leisure use both internal and third party carriers.
Occasionally deliveries can be delayed for reasons out with our
control. Anytime Leisure can not be held responsible for losses
relating to late or failed deliveries. Back to

- Delivery Of Your
Goods
- Before signing for your goods,
please ensure you check the outer packaging. If there is noticeable
damage to any part of the packaging, please sign the delivery note
accordingly. We cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit
if you have not indicated damage on the delivery note. We must be
notified via e-mail in writing at the address below within 72 hours
of delivery of any damaged packaging.
Any damages, defects or shortages must be notified in writing via
e-mail within 72 hours of receipt of goods to:

Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than
goods damaged in transit will be responsible for the delivery costs
to the customer and the return to our warehouse. There will also be
a minimum 15% restocking charge.
Anytime Leisure can not be held responsible for any shortages,
damages or defects notified to us after 72 hours from
delivery.
While we will make every endeavour to deliver your products at the
time promised, Anytime Leisure accept no liability for any
incidental expenses caused by late or failed deliveries, or for any
damage caused to property while delivering or installing your
goods.
Express Delivery Service: usually within 3 working days
Install Service: usually within 14 days
Standard Delivery: usually within 5 working days
Free Delivery: usually within 7 working days

- Warranties
- All new equipment sold by Anytime
Leisure is covered by a minimum one year parts and labour cover. In
many cases the warranty is greater than this.
The warranty on equipment we sell varies from manufacturer to
manufacturer. It can include a full on site repair facility or a
'back to base' warranty. In some cases, where there is a minor
fault, the manufacturer will send a part by mail for the customer
to fit.
If an item develops a fault, please e-mail
info@anytimeleisure.co.uk stating the equipment you have, (brand
and model number), serial number and a brief description of the
fault.
Anytime Leisure will either arrange to send a part for the
customer to fit, send an engineer to site, or in some instances,
depending on manufacturer, ask that the goods be returned to our
warehouse. Goods must be well packaged prior to collection. No
goods will be accepted into our warehouse without prior
authorisation from Anytime Leisure. Anytime Leisure will then
repair or replace the equipment with an equivalent or better model
and deliver the goods back to the customer at our expense.
Warranties only apply to goods within mainland UK.

Warranties
- All warranties (Manufacturer and
WarrantyPlus+) are valid to UK residents only. Extended warranties,
offer upgrades to manufacturer's warranties to 3 years parts &

- Customer
Service
- For customer service please use

All prices quoted are correct at time of going to press, due to
circumstances beyond our control these may change, including rate
of Value Added Tax. The price levied will be confirmed at the time
of ordering.
Incorrect/Faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements
will be dispatched.
We strive to keep the majority of the products listed on our
website in stock at all times. Occasionally some items are out of
stock. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will contact
you within 48 hours (2 working days) and advise you when the item
is due back in or of any comparable product that is
available.
Refunds will be made in the original payment method and within 14
days of our receipt of goods. All refunds must be authorised by our
staff.

- Your right to
cancel
- If goods have been dispatched, you
have the right to return goods within 30 days of receipt of your
goods. The cost of postage, packaging and insurance to return the
goods will be borne by the customer and goods must be received by
us in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The cost
of delivering the goods will be deducted from any refund. There may
be a re-stocking charge. If goods are not received back in perfect
condition and in their original packaging, Anytime Leisure reserve
the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse and/or not to
issue a refund or credit. Any costs to redeliver the goods will be
payable in advance by the customer. If the goods have been removed
from their original packaging or assembled, your right to cancel
may be forfeited.
Our 30 day online return options apply to goods purchased for
domestic use only. These options do not apply to equipment
purchased for use by a business, commercial equipment, or for any
'special order' items. Special order items, are goods that are not
normally stocked by Anytime Leisure and have had to be ordered
specifically for a customer. These options also do not apply to any
Nutritional Supplements, software, DVDs, videos or books where the
security or outer seals have been broken. Mail Order Returns/Ex.
Display Models are classed as 'one off' 'special order' items, and
as such are not covered by our standard 30 day online return
option. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory
rights. Under distance selling regulations, you have a 7 day right
to cancel. We must be notified of your intention to cancel in
writing and the cost to return the goods will be the responsibility
of the customer
Any free gifts received with your order must be returned if an
order is cancelled.
Please note: our couriers do not collect any unpackaged
goods.
All order cancellations or returns must be notified to us by
e-mail only. If you wish to cancel or return goods please e-mail
our Customer Service Department at the address below and we will
issue a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA). Goods must be returned to
us within 7 days of receipt of RGA.

No cancellation of order will be accepted after 30 days from
delivery of goods.
Our Standard 30 day online return options apply to goods purchased
for domestic use only. These options do not apply to equipment
purchased for use by a business, commercial grade equipment, mail
order returns, ex dispay equipment, or for any 'special order'
items. Special order items, are goods that are not normally stocked
by Anytime Leisure and have had to be ordered specifically for a
customer. These options also do not apply to any Nutritional
Supplements, software, DVDs, videos or books where the security or
outer seals have been broken.
Goods that we don't normally stock, are not part of our core
product line or are specially specified by customers are classed as
'made to consumer specification' and therefore are not covered by
distance selling regulations. For example: goods that have been
pre-assembled at the customers request or commercial grade
equipment.

- All customer information will be
treated under the terms of the Data Protection Act. We will not
pass on your details to other companies. We may identify and inform
you of other products and services offered by Anytime Leisure which
would be of interest to you. You must tell us if you do not wish us
to do so.

customers seriously and we try to offer them the best possible

- Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment
- Each EU Member State now has a
legal obligation to minimise the disposal of WEEE in landfill
sites.
The broad aim of the WEEE regulations is to address the
environmental impacts of electrical and electronic equipment when
it reaches the end of its life.
We all have a responsibility to contributing to the reuse,
recycling and other forms of recovery of WEEE under these
Regulations.
Over 75% of waste electrical goods end up in landfill, where lead
and other toxins contained in the electrical goods can cause soil
and water contamination which can lead to negative effects on human
health and the environment.
Electrical and Electronic Equipment that was made after 13th
August 2005 should display the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on
the packaging or product. The purpose of the symbol is to encourage
householders to dispose of their WEEE separately from household
waste.

As a distributor we are committed to reducing the amount of WEEE
that goes in to land fill. Anytime Leisure Limited have joined the
Distributor Take-back Scheme (DTS) which means that we have
contributed to a central fund to help improve local recycling
centres.

Although Anytime Leisure endeavour to ensure that all pricing
information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may
occur and goods may be mispriced. If a pricing is discovered or an
order is placed at the erroneous price we will, at our discretion,
either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your
order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify
you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to
supply goods at the incorrect price.
All orders made by you through the Website are subject to
acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any
reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those
circumstances.
After submitting an order to us we will send you an order
acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the
goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an
acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.
For certain goods, information concerning stock availability is
not available on the Website. If you order goods which are not
available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail and you will
have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock,
or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and
returns policy. In the event your order is cancelled, we will
refund any payment already collected from you in respect of that
order, in accordance with our cancellation and returns
policy.
Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of
an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us
of your order.
While every care has been taken to ensure that this website is
virus-free, Anytime Leisure accepts no liability for viruses or
virus damage as result of using this website.
The terms of the contract do not effect your statutory rights.
