Description

The U50 Dumbbells Set has a total weight range of 1kg-22.5kg per hand, which is the equivalent of 20 pairs of traditional fixed-weight dumbbells. The versatility of the U50 Dumbbell Set is due to the adder weights within the core handle of each dumbbell. On their own the two adder weights each weigh 1kg and so even before any of the weight plates are used, you can train in 1kg, 2.5kg, 3.5kg and 4.5kg increments per hand. By either using one, two or none of the adder weights you can train in incremental steps as your training needs change.
