A hard density interlocking mat available in a range of colours.

It's a firmer texture sports mat that contains double layers, dual densities i.e. softer on top and a firmer on the bottom. While the firmer layer on the bottom can fully sustain the heavy training such as from a free weights area, the softer layer on top still provides a comfortable zone for exercise.

This matting is ideal as floor protection under a weights area as the Dual Density mat is specially designed with a hardened top surface, to resist the damage caused by hard objects, and a protective under layer that absorbs the harmful impact. The specs make it great for protecting both your floor and your weights, whilst insulating for sound and heat. Depending on the extent of use these mats will expand over time, and may need trimming to allow for expansion.
