The Fit Bar is an excellent addition to any studio class,personal training session or circuit training class and this is due to the fact that the bars are ideal for performing various exercises including lunges, squats, sit-ups and upper body exercises.

These Fit Bars have a solid steel core for evenly distributed weight and are covered with soft black foam for comfort and durability.

Use the rack to keep your 40 Fit Bars together and tidy, the rack can also be easily moved throughout the room.
