Delivery Terms and Conditions

Free delivery is offered with most purchases above £99.00 and only applies to mainland UK. If the items have to be specially ordered and are not a stock item, a carriage charge may be applied to the order. Please contact us directly before ordering larger items to ensure it is in stock and is not required to be specially ordered. Customers will be informed of any delivery charge prior to ordering. Items will be delivered in a box to be assembled by the customer unless an installation service has been purchased. Please note that a free delivery service is often via a courier service, therefore they are not insured to take the product into your property. Normal delivery time is 5-10 working days. On a free delivery service, we will deliver your goods between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.
Smaller items are sometimes sent by Royal Mail on a signed delivery service, customer are responsible to collect their purchases from their local Royal Mail Depot if not recieved at the delivery address. If items are not collected they will be returned by Royal Mail to Anytime Leisure, customers will be expected to meet any additional postal costs if the item is not collect

Professional installation costs
For customers that require assembly of their product, Anytime Leisure charge a rate of £125. This price includes a specified date of installation, assembly and set up of the product in a room of your choice and the removal of excess refuse. Should you require a time specific slot; this can be offered for an additional £25. The time slots that can be given are a 2-3 hour time slot.

For same day deliveries or installation costs please contact a member of our sales team. This can be offered subject to stock availability and availability of our local delivery and installation team. There will be a premium rate for this service. The price is upon application and is subject to the scale of the request.

Non UK Delivery options
We currently deliver to Northern Ireland and Ireland, so please contact us for delivery charges. We do not deliver to any other worldwide country but this may change in the near future. Meanwhile for any product enquiries for non UK or Ireland destinations please call us
