Details

Our Commercial Air Balance Ball is a one-piece kit that can be used to improve strength, balance, and flexibility in a fun way. The half-exercise ball dome can be placed facing up or down allowing it to be used for a wide range of exercises.

Stand, lean, or sit on the balance ball to work on core stability and coordination. To add a different challenge use the detachable handles to support when squatting or doing sit-ups for a low-impact workout.

This balance ball comes with a pump allowing it to be inflated to a maximum height of 245mm. Detachable handles and a pump come as part of the package and the exercise ball itself has rings to increase grip providing a more stable workout platform.
